SKYLAR...Skylar returned her smile. He liked it when she wasn’t angry with him, not matter if it was over something as stupid as a little discussion. Sky still didn’t understand why she thought everyone was against her or something. Unless she did something really terrible, like capture a bunch of Jews like Hitler or something he couldn’t comprehend why she thought the world had turned its back on her. Skylar sighed; he hesitated to put his arm back around her, but instead ended up reaching for his head and fiddling with his hat. “Kirsten, love, I’m not fucking lying to you.” He said with a sweet look despite his fowl language. A bright, sweet, reassuring smile was smack dabbed on his face. White teeth shining as his lips curved back. “You’re gorgeous and I really don’t even deserve you…” He grinned at the thought. “But I’m telling you the truth, and you aren’t getting it! I really don’t know how I can prove any of this to you without you just taking a chance and being with me. I won’t hurt you Kir.” His smile was still there, he was tempted to also add ‘At least I won’t hurt you emotionally…physical I can’t really control much, but I’ll try’, but Skylar subsided the thought of letting those words even pass through his lips. He wanted her to believe him so bad it hurt.
“Kir, I am usually positive. I always have a damn smile on my face.” He chuckled at this. “But face it…I’m not changing, ever! Just don’t even argue the fact, because everyone knows it. Well…everyone that knows about my issue. I was surprised when I firs told my sister she didn’t scream bloody murder.” As he said this he made a hand motion and popped out of his seat a bit as if he was watching a baseball game and the home team was loosing by five runs.
Skylar tilted his head, and scooted over to her more. He grinned as her hands flew to her head. Was she okay? Had he just done something wrong? All he did was ask if she wanted to be with him or not. Was that so bad? If she didn’t want to though it was perfectly fine, she didn’t need to go bonzo about it! “Damn it Sky! You don’t understand! I do want to be with you! You aren’t being rejected! At least, I don’t think so! You’re not the idiot! I am!” “You say you want to go out with me, but how do I trust you? How do I believe that you really want to?” He still grinned at her, befuddled. Once the waterworks started pouring down her cheeks Skylar’s expression turned worried and concerned. He moved closer to her, wiping the tears off her face gently with his thumbs. “Kirsten…Kirsten,” He muttered as she sobbed. “Sweetheart, don’t cry.” He couldn’t help but smile, he didn’t understand why he was smiling! I mean, hell, the poor girl was balling her eyes out! “Kirsten, babe, do know how badly I want to be with you? You obviously don’t.” He said hugging her, and rocking her back and forth a little as if he were holding a baby. “Kirsten I wouldn’t have asked you if I didn’t want to go out with you. I’m asking you if you really want to go out with me. It’s a simple yes or no, dear.” He shrugged, releasing her from his hug and staring her straight in the eyes waiting for her answer. He broke away from her glance after making sure they weren’t drawing a crowd again all because people might have thought he made her upset or something. Skylar then fixed his gaze back on to her once he made sure no one was looking. Word count: damn my shortness-ness - 717 Other: Awwwww <3 xD lol

HEY THERE [Sky!] what's it like in new york city ?!• • • •Kirsten frowned and shook her head as he kept saying those words. She couldn’t understand why he was smiling so much! She didn’t know if she could believe him. She wanted to believe him but her heart didn’t want to under go the same pain her parents had induced in her once before. Every word he said she couldn’t take seriously. If she did, she felt as if she was lying to herself. She didn’t want the pain that came with that. She was through with pain. “Kirsten, love, I’m not fucking lying to you. You’re gorgeous and I really don’t even deserve you… But I’m telling you the truth, and you aren’t getting it! I really don’t know how I can prove any of this to you without you just taking a chance and being with me. I won’t hurt you Kir.” You’re not? I am? You don’t? You are? I’m not? You won’t? Should I? She was confused. Should she believe what he was saying? She had been told the complete opposite of what he was saying and it had struck home. Now, he was basically telling her that everything she had been told was wrong. How was she supposed to take that? Now, she didn’t know who was lying. Was it her parents or Sky? He sounded so sure, but she had taught herself to not believe the people around her, but she wanted to believe in Sky so much! She didn’t answer him. She would mess up the words. It was too difficult to talk about these things. “Kir, I am usually positive. I always have a damn smile on my face. But face it…I’m not changing, ever! Just don’t even argue the fact, because everyone knows it. Well…everyone that knows about my issue. I was surprised when I first told my sister she didn’t scream bloody murder .” Kirsten shook her head. “I didn’t run and I didn’t scream either Sky. I know you’re going to change. It’s up to you whether you believe that or not.” Kirsten didn’t understand why he just didn’t believe in himself changing. He could and he would, he just didn’t think it was possible. If you don’t think there is any hope, then why do you keep trying? Even in Sky, there must be a little hope of changing himself. She didn’t give a damn about what his family thought. It only mattered what he thought. “Kirsten…Kirsten… Sweetheart, don’t cry.” Don’t cry? How could she stop? She felt him pull her into a hug and she suddenly felt like a baby. Why’d she have to start crying damn it? She hugged him back, snuggling into his embrace, trying to stop the tears. It felt like the hospital all over again. She sniffled a little bit. “Kirsten, babe, do know how badly I want to be with you? You obviously don’t.” How could she believe that? How could she possibly believe that he wanted to be with her of all people? She had been told that she was unlovable and a hateful girl. Was it possible for someone to want to be with her? She shivered involuntarily. It was so pathetic! She used one hand to wipe away a few tears. She had to stop the babying. She was being too weak. She had to be stronger than this. It was all she had. “Kirsten I wouldn’t have asked you if I didn’t want to go out with you. I’m asking you if you really want to go out with me. It’s a simple yes or no, dear.” Kirsten shook her head. “It’s not as simple as you think, Sky! I want to say yes! You have no idea! But…” She looked at him for a moment before wiping away a few more tears from her cheeks. “I’ll tell you about my parents then…” she said quietly. It all started with them so it made sense to begin with that. She crossed her arms on the table and lay her head down. “I was a stupid little kid. No, let me correct that. I was a stupid, blind little kid. I never focused on school and I still don’t. I loved truth or dare and I still do. I always did the craziest things.” Kirsten smiled a bit. “I always thought that my family and I were a small but very happy family. I loved my parents more than the world and I spoiled my little brother. I loved my life. Then, one day I did one of my crazier stunts. You know about it. I skateboarded down a stair rail blindfolded. I had it all worked out. I thought I was going to land on the cement. Instead I landed in the fountain head first.” Her smile slowly turned into a frown as she continued. “That was when I was fifteen. I was unconscious at the time but they told me that my friends who were watching and had told me not to do it had called an ambulance as soon as they figured I was hurt. Another one called my parents. When I woke up in the hospital, my parents were just coming in. They were complaining about the hospital bills and how hard finding time from work was going to be for them. I asked the stupidest question alive at that moment that couldn’t have been any more worse than it was then.” Kirsten paused and looked up at Sky to check his reaction to the story. It was a little random but it was related to everything. He had to know before she made any decision that could possibly hurt her.

SKYLAR...“That’s not the point, Kirsten.” He fixed his gaze skyward again. “I know you didn’t run! Even though I really wish you did. You don’t understand it’s not a matter of being positive, and it’s not a matter of being cured. Some things you can’t fix, their broken, for life. That’s what I am! My father already tried to help me, he told me I need to gain control over these urges, but he couldn’t keep from doing what I’m meant to do…which is kill. No one can, the only reason why I haven’t killed anyone, yet, is strictly because of my father, but he still wasn’t able to help me enough!” Sky’s brow raised, he had finally felt he explained his reason for being here a little better. He just wanted her to understand that no one could help him, and being here was only somewhat keeping him from causing harm to anyone outside this damned hospital, also for the fact he wouldn’t be placed in jail. Jail most likely would have been better for him though, really, but since he had caused no crime, jail wouldn’t have been necessary. Some day he wouldn’t beable to have any control, he’d just crack. His father also told him someday he could possibly use this for good, but there wasn’t exactly anything good about the state in which Sky was in. Killing wasn’t good, but maybe he could kill those who really deserved it. Skylar thoughts ran over and over this a few times, he could think of someone that really deserved it, but so far that person hadn’t done anything to really tick Sky off. He placed these thoughts to the back of his mind, he shouldn’t have been thinking like this. Focusing back on Kirsten he watched her with all the concern, and love any boy could possibly have toward a girl. He cared about her a lot. It was killing him to see her balling her eyes out like this, and over him! Skylar Orion Mayson. She shouldn’t be crying over him, at all.
“It’s not as simple as you think, Sky! I want to say yes! You have no idea! But…” At this Sky grinned, his lips shifting to the side thoughtfully. “Then just say yes, Kirsten.” He smiled again. “I mean-“ He was cut off again as she explained to him why it was so difficult for her to say a few simple words to him and they’d be official. Skylar nodded, watching her as she rested on the table. “You can if you want, dear. I’ll listen, but if it’s touchy you don’t have to. I’m not one who’s going to pry you to do something you don’t want to do.” Skylar shrugged, then did the same motion of placing his arms on the table, but his eyes were fixed on her as he put his head down. Smiling still just because he was mocking her a bit. He didn’t wait for her to reply to that, for she started her parental story. He listened throwing out a few grins here and there. “I was a stupid little kid. No, let me correct that. I was a stupid, blind little kid. I never focused on school and I still don’t. I loved truth or dare and I still do. I always did the craziest things.” As she smiled Skylar’s smile got even wider. What could you say? The boy loved to see her happy at all cause. He sat there listening to every word she spoke. Skylar was impressed by her story, damn, the girl was intense. Quite daring, and exciting, or at least Sky thought so. “Hmm,” He muttered as he thought about the skateboarding incident. “Well, Kir, that was a little…stupid, love.” He smirked a little. “But I must say I would never have had the balls to do so. Damn girl, your pretty hardcore.” He laughed as he said this. He was speaking total truth though. Skylar wasn’t a huge fan of thruth or dare, he would usually always roll the barrel on dares, and most of the time would stick with truth. He had nothing to lie about to anyone, so with that he was fine. “Kirsten.” Skylar sighed. “Your parents are damned assholes and they can go to hell. They should be happy, and lucky to have a daughter like you. I mean look at you…” He picked his head up, motioning an arm toward her. “ Your perfect, beautiful, exciting, look totally amazing without any cloth-“ He cut himself off there, biting his lips for ranting. “My point is you’re a stunning girl, who has more balls then anyone I’ve ever known, and your just…perfect. I mean, me?! I screw up almost everything!” He flicked his hands in the air, smiling. “I can’t even commit, well attempt to commit a murder correctly. What kind of serial fucking killer am I?” At this he grinned, it totally went against the fact he knew killing was wrong and all (even though he got that impression from his dad), either way he was trying to make her understand that he really did care for her. “Kirsten, look, I will never, ever hurt you. Ever! I’m not your parents, your parents are stupid. Lot’s of people who are great have assholes for parents and you happen to be one of thoses great people.” He smiled hugging her again. He wondered if this would be convincing enough for her. The boy wanted this chick bad, but really it was all up to Kirsten. Word count: 1010...O.o my muse is back. what what!? HEY THERE [SKY!] what's it like in new york city ?!• • • •Kirsten sighed as he argued back. “That’s not the point, Kirsten. I know you didn’t run! Even though I really wish you did. You don’t understand it’s not a matter of being positive, and it’s not a matter of being cured. Some things you can’t fix, their broken, for life. That’s what I am! No one can, the only reason why I haven’t killed anyone, yet, is strictly because of my father, but he still wasn’t able to help me enough!” Kirsten glared at Sky, disagreement plain on her face. She didn’t believe on word of this trash. She shook her head, obviously disbelieving, and crossed her arms. “I wouldn’t have run no matter how much you wanted me to. I’m not saying it is a matter of being cured or being positive. I’m saying that there is a way out of this. You aren’t some broken toy, Sky! You’re a human being! You’re not broken! You’re perfectly whole with some defects that can be fixed if you believe they can be, but you obviously aren’t. Instead, you’re saying that you’re broken? That doesn’t make sense. So, you have a problem with these violent needs to kill. Why don’t you find the cause and get rid of it? I’m no therapist or counselor or doctor, but I’m not as negative as you or even your father. And your father wasn’t as negative as you. At least, he thought you might be able to stop. He believed in you enough to send you to this damn place to get better! I agree that you need to gain control over these “urges,” but you’re not trying to gain control, Sky!” She stopped talking suddenly, realizing how much she had been babbling. She shook her head again and looked over at him, her teeth clenched, arms crossed, hands in fists. He had really made her angry. She didn’t believe that he was going to stay like that forever; he didn’t deserve that. He could get rid of this problem, he just didn’t believe in himself enough. All this talk of Sky’s father was a little confusing too. He had tried to help Sky, and it looked to Kirsten as if the guy had believed that Sky would get better too. If he had been sent here to get better, then the guy still had hope. It seemed as if Sky thought he had been sent to State to be contained which Kirsten knew wasn’t correct at all. She finally made progress with drying her eyes of all the tears that had accumulated. She felt really stupid for crying. She had just been cornered and she still was. Being asked to confront her feelings was something Kirsten dreaded. She hadn’t expected it to happen and if it had, she thought she wouldn’t answer. But if Sky was the answer, she had to, since it was him. She doubted she wouldn’t answer a question from Sky. She finally realized she had fallen in love with Sky. She knew that. But she was scared of that fact, because if she believed in him and believed that he loved her too… Well, she didn’t want to be hurt again. She searched his eyes with her own probing gaze. Her eyes were the best feature about her and she used them full force all the time. She hated it when he was sad, or angry. It would kill her if she found out that he had been lying to her all this time. She was confused now. Was he telling the truth? She ignored all of his interruptions as she told her story and looked up at him when she finished. She watched his face as she told and he seemed… smiley. It was the only word she could come up to describe him at the moment. He just kept smiling! She didn’t know how to react to that. “Well, Kir, that was a little… stupid , love. But I must say I would never have had the balls to do so. Damn girl , you’re pretty hardcore.”Kirsten laughed at this one. It was an unheard of reaction. Most people had looked at her horrified when she had told them about this incident. It was only her friends and people who knew her who had actually waved it off, but no one she had told the skateboarding incident to had ever acted impressed. She nodded, smiling lightly but not enough to touch her eyes. “Yes, it was stupid. But so much fun…” She sighed. “I get that a lot. Hardcore is only one of the things people call me though.” She grimaced before wiping that off and putting on her blank face again. Yes, she was a daring kid, but it was just a part of her character. Not a lot of the girls or even the boys would do the things Kirsten had done; they didn’t have her guts. She used to like this – always being tough and brave. It made her feel special and unique. “Your parents are damned assholes and they can go to hell. They should be happy, and lucky to have a daughter like you. I mean look at you… Your perfect, beautiful, exciting, look totally amazing without any cloth-“ She sighed as she heard the sentence. The first part was right but none of the others were. She wasn’t perfect, beautiful, or exciting. She was imperfect, ugly, and boring. Those were better words to describe her. As he neared the end of the sentence she picked up her head and shot him a look that said, “I dare you to continue with that sentence and see what happens.” It was a death glare that was only made even more frightening by her striking eyes. She was glad he had cut off. If he had continued, he wouldn’t be sitting in his seat any longer. “My point is you’re a stunning girl, who has more balls then anyone I’ve ever known, and your just…perfect. I mean me?! I screw up almost everything! I can’t even commit, well attempt to commit a murder correctly . What kind of serial fucking killer am I?” Kirsten shook her head again. He was wrong… again. “I’m not any of those things so stop complimenting me. It only makes it worse.” She smirked lightly at what she was about to say. “I’m not a guy so don’t say I have balls. I don’t even have one and I don’t want any.” The smirk was wiped off her face as she contemplated what she was going to say next. Then, she just dove into it and started speaking. “Yes, you do screw up everything. I won’t deny that Sky. Well, not everything, but a lot. The thing is, I like that about you. You’re a weird kid that smiles at everything! You don’t seem to frown at all. I don’t think I’ve seen so much happiness in someone before! You’re really cute and you’re a great kisser if you want to know. You aren’t nor ever will be a serial killer…” she scoffed. “And you do screw things up occasionally. What I’m trying to say is I like you, just the way you are.” She shrugged nonchalantly and bit her lip. She listened to the rest of what he said and sighed. “Kirsten, look, I will never, ever hurt you. Ever! I’m not your parents, your parents are stupid. Lot’s of people who are great have assholes for parents and you happen to be one of those great people.”“Sky… I don’t know how I can believe you. No, you aren’t my parents and they are stupid. But I’m not one of those great people you’re talking about. Thanks for letting me finish. Just hold your horses okay?” She wriggled out of the hug she had been pulled into, put her hands on her shoulders and looked at him sternly. “I wouldn’t be in here if it wasn’t for my parents. They told the judge about all of my stupid dares and stunts to convince the judge I was crazy. They wanted me to land in here. Otherwise, I would have gotten off with a warning Sky. I wouldn’t be here right now if it weren’t for my parents. I can’t trust anyone. They said they loved me for sixteen damn years and they betrayed me. How am I supposed to know that won’t happen again? They told me that everyone hates me and I believe them, Sky. I don’t want to be hurt again.” She looked at Sky pleadingly. She wanted to trust him but it was proving hard. • • • •NOTES ?!: WOOOA! ITS LOOONG! I had to add that in to her history. I got the idea a while ago and it seemed dramatic so yea. There you go! SKYLAR...Skylar returned her death defying glare. It wasn’t really because he was upset with her, more for the fact she seemed annoyed with him. She didn’t understand, and he disliked it with a passion. But, really would anyone fully understand? He never told anybody else outside his family after all. It seemed to Skylar his father and sister were the only ones that got him, but that was reasonable. They were family so it made sense. Skylar chuckled, looking down now, and shaking his head. The way she said that so calmly like it was nothing amused him. ” So, you have a problem with these violent needs to kill.” Sighing again he looked back up at her with a look that said “what am I going to do with you’. “Kirsten, listen to yourself…you say that like it’s something that’s normal and happens on a daily basis. And you still…don’t…get…it.” He said more slow like then usual attempting to cause more dramatic affect. “I shouldn’t have told you. You are not comprehending it at all, and really I guess no one else would,” He shrugged. “But too late now, it’s been said and done, finished, end of story. And since you don’t understand I’m just going to leave it as it is.” Laughing at the last thing she said it made him feel uneasy in a way. “Kirsten you really think I’m trying not to gain control over this? You seriously think that?” He asked his voice sounding bitter, and deeper. He couldn’t believe what he had heard, now that part of him was wishing he has just killed her. Maybe then she’d see if he was really trying to gain control, maybe then all this temptation would make Sky feel at peace. All he ever really killed were animals, and he hadn’t done that in the longest time now that he had thought about it. But he figured that faze or whatever was necessary to call it was over, he was fixed on harming people. Running his hand threw his hair again he sighed, these thoughts were bothering him like crazy. Skylar didn’t wait for any answer from Kirsten, and he couldn’t decide if he really wanted one. Right now he was frustrated with himself…and basically everything.
He was done with the horrible subject of himself and his problems. Skylar focused his attention and kept the spotlight on Kirsten as she commented on what he had said about her being hardcore. “Yes, it was stupid. But so much fun…” “I get that a lot. Hardcore is only one of the things people call me though.” At this Skylar nodded, not knowing how to reply to it, and because he was still a bit frustrated and would hopefully work it all out later when he wasn’t around Kir. At her abrupt movement he leaned back a little, flashing her a innocent smile, and batting his eyes as she glared at him. Hey, the boy was only telling her the truth. Wasn’t that what she wanted after all? Okay, so it might have been really wrong to tell her that she looked good naked, but he’d been rambling and finally realized last minute to shut the fuck up. “I’m…erm, sorry.” Still smiling he blushed a bit.
“I’m not any of those things so stop complimenting me. It only makes it worse.” “I’m not a guy so don’t say I have balls. I don’t even have one and I don’t want any.” Skylar’s smile transformed slowly into a displeased, sarcastic, blank stare as she said all of that, “ Noooo, really, smartass? It was just a figure of speech, so relax, Kirsty.” Sky blurted, putting emphasis on the “Kirsty” since he never really called her that, and sticking his tongue out at her playfully. You aren’t nor ever will be a serial killer…” He listened to all of this with a weird, thoughtful look on his face. He wasn’t going to get back into the whole serial killing discussion, it was no use, Kirsten would just disagree with him on the fact. “Hm, what do I screw up, exactly?” Skylar grinned, fiddling a bit with his binder that had the rose drawing in it, and that he had almost forgotten was there. He smiled at the great kisser comment, as if he wasn’t commented on it before. “And,” He stuck up a finger. “In my defense I just…I don’t know, despite everything that has happened to me I just smile a lot.” Skylar shrugged, spinning the binder, now, as if it was a bottle. He was indeed a very weird boy, but that’s what made Skylar…Skylar. Enough said. He didn’t interrupt anything else Kirsten had to say afterwards.
“Sky… I don’t know how I can believe you. No, you aren’t my parents and they are stupid. But I’m not one of those great people you’re talking about. Thanks for letting me finish. Just hold your horses okay?” Skylar nodded again at all of this, he was quite interested in what else she had to say about her parental problems. I don’t want to be hurt again.”
Skylar tried processing all this in his head, he looked at Kirsten blinking quickly a few times. He looked like he had just got slapped in the face with a frying pan. He didn’t really understand how she was feeling, but he disliked seeing her upset. “Kirsten, then don’t.” Skylar shrugged again. “You don’t have to believe me. If you want we can just be friends so you won’t need to get hurt…even though I won’t hurt you. I’m being completely serious when I say that, Kirsten. I’m not going to lie to you.”

HEY THERE [SKY!] what's it like in new york city ?!• • • •Kirsten looked away from the glare that he was giving her. She deserved it but looking at Sky was like looking at the sun. It hurt. She hated upsetting Sky but she wanted him to know that she didn’t care about his problems. She wasn’t worried that he could kill her; it might be a relief if he killed her. She just didn’t like that he didn’t think he could get better. Have some hope! She looked back up in time to see him give her a look. What had she done this time? “Kirsten, listen to yourself…you say that like it’s something that’s normal and happens on a daily basis. And you still…don’t…get…it. I shouldn’t have told you. You are not comprehending it at all, and really I guess no one else would. But too late now. It’s been said and done, finished, end of story. And since you don’t understand I’m just going to leave it as it is.” Kirsten’s expression turned horrified. She didn’t want him to think that he shouldn’t have told her! She looked down at her hands, slightly depressed. She couldn’t keep the straight face she had been trying to hold for a while now. Her face distorted in pain at his words, and she couldn’t look up. Her face flushed red in embarrassment. She tried not to show him by looking down, but she wasn’t sure if it was working. She felt terrible. She didn’t comment on his words but listened to the next thing. “Kirsten you really think I’m trying not to gain control over this? You seriously think that?”Kirsten shook her head slowly, still looking down. If he had come here then he probably was trying some at least. She was just worried that he didn’t believe it would help. She had just worded it wrong. But she didn’t want to continue with this conversation. It was officially over. She kept looking down and didn’t answer his question and let the conversation flow onto her – the most uncomfortable position of all. It wasn’t that she didn’t like attention; she just didn’t like the topic. Her parents were supposed to be dead in her mind. Bringing stuff like this up didn’t help that mind set. All it did was make her want to scream. “I’m…erm, sorry.” He better be. She straightened up a little bit and sat back in her chair, her eyes still on him and a threatening glare still penetrating him. She was still a little bit touchy about that time. It had been strange and she had been acting really weird then. She didn’t know how to approach the subject. Maybe one day she would look back and laugh, but that day was obviously not today. “Noooo, really, smartass? It was just a figure of speech, so relax, Kirsty .” Kirsten looked up at him and gave him a cold hard look, accidentally releasing a little pain into the expression. She probably looked pathetic. “I’m not stupid, Skylar.” She was a little confused as to why he suddenly used her nickname – not that she minded. It was just a little unexpected. Only one other person at Michigan called her that and her friends back home. Well, they were considered her friends but that wasn’t really true. They said they were her friends, but that was a lie, just like everything else. They couldn’t be friends with Kirsten. They hated her. “Hm, what do I screw up, exactly?” Kirsten smirked. “Two words. Shower room,” she responded in a matter of fact tone. He had messed up big time in there. They had been just about to… well… you know… and then Sky had to mess it all up. She didn’t blame him though. He just screwed up a little, and that was all right. She smiled at him to show it was okay and then listened to the next thing he had to say. “In my defense I just…I don’t know, despite everything that has happened to me I just smile a lot.” Kirsten giggled. It surprised her a little since she had been upset a minute ago. The giggles turned into a full out laugh. “Good defense. You look like a clown sometimes, the way you smile all the time!” she teased and giggled again. A very cute clown though, she added in her head. She didn’t get his reason to smile but that was just the way he was and she wouldn’t want it any other way. She liked the happy side of Sky and didn’t like it when he was upset. She wanted to make him laugh not frown. She watched his expression. It was turning upset. This was what she didn’t want. She frowned lightly. She didn’t like that look at all! “You don’t have to believe me. If you want we can just be friends so you won’t need to get hurt…even though I won’t hurt you. I’m being completely serious when I say that, Kirsten. I’m not going to lie to you.” Kirsten watched him for a moment, letting his words sink in. She didn’t want to hide anything from Sky and she really wanted to believe in him. She watched him unable to make her face blank. All she could do was stare and show him her pained sad expression – the look she hated for everyone to see. She thought for a moment, weighing her options and choosing. She had to make a decision. And finally she had it. She just hoped it was the right one. “I’m taking a risk here. I hope that you’ll make it worth while Sky.” She leaned toward him and kissed him once quickly and breaking away in a hurry. “I trust you,” she said quietly. Her expression had changed into a trusting one, but also cautious and frightened, like she wasn’t sure if she was doing the right thing. “Consider that my answer.” She leaned back to see his reaction. She was scared of what would happen in the future, but she couldn’t let Sky go. She had already fallen in love. Might as well act. • • • •NOTES ?!: I like this post... I really do... SKYLAR...His brows stretched up to the top of his forehead head, a smirk tugging at the left side of his lips. Oh, he looked like an obnoxious prick. “I’m not stupid, Skylar.” "Baby, I don't ever recall calling you stupid." Skylar chanted in a matter-of-factly tone. He couldn't hold back the smirk any longer, his lips were soon spread out into a full on smile. Blue eyes glittering with cold amusement. That whole c.ocky expression was soon demolished as he heard the words Kirsten muttered. "Shower room." Shifting his eyes down to the side, his lips were parted as if he were about to utter the word "oh.". On the contrary, no sound came out. He looked back down at her again, biting his lip. It wasn't his fault for making that huge mistake. If his urges hadn't had taken over, Skylar would have stayed no doubt in hell. "Well...I...," He stuttered, pondering the right words to say. "I didn't necessarliry mean to, Kir." He released another light shrug. "Hey...it was either I let you live, or we'd end up having rough sex in a shower then I'd...suffocate you and bury your body somewhere in the forest." He said the last ten words at rapid fire, a frightened look plastered on his face. "What would you have done?" Why he even dared to say that was beyond his reasoning, but he felt strangely comfortable being honest with her about something related towards that. Blinking slowly a few times he couldn't wait to hear what she'd have to say to that. Really, he wouldn't have minded if she slapped him or soemthing. It was one of those moments where he really deserved it.
Ignoring any reply from her, he tried to smile as he listened to her laugh. Biting his lip he was still unsettled about the way he had responded. If he could take the pencil he still had tucked behind his ear and erase those last few seconds...Sky so would. “Good defense. You look like a clown sometimes, the way you smile all the time!” At this Skylar shrugged one shoulder. "Sure...I guess so." He grinned. Studying her facial features for a few seconds as she watched him, he couldn't help but really think how beautiful she was. Yet, she didn't even know. He was tempted to just brush a hand across her cheek and whisper it to her, but he was held back by the thought of her snapping out at him and screaming at him that he was lying to her. Skylar was brought back to reality as she began to speak. “I’m taking a risk here. I hope that you’ll make it worth while Sky.” As her lips pressed against his he wanted to kiss her back, but she had already broken away. Grinning again as she sputtered the words "I trust you.", he stood up, bending his knees, and leaning down, one hand gripping the top of her chair the other gently on her thigh, he kissed her back. It was longer, and gentle, then time span in which she had kissed him. Slowly, he moved his lips away from her's, and whispered, "I''ll make it all the while, Kirsten." Flashing her a smile, he plopped himself back down in his seat. "And if I do say so myself, I like your answer." Smile still broad as day, he turned toward his binder, pulling out the rose drawing and flipping it to the back of the paper which was totally blank. With his index finger and thumb he slid his pencil from its perch behind his ear and scribbled down his number and four words in almost uneligable cursive. Flipping the paper back over to his drawing he slid it across the table to her.

HEY THERE [SKY!] what's it like in new york city ?!• • • • "Baby, I don't ever recall calling you stupid." Kirsten glared at him. The goofy grin on his face was really annoying her. Was he trying to get her mad or what? “Maybe you don’t, but I recall calling you one. Wait, I haven’t, have I? Well, now I have.” It was a bit mean but he was asking for it in a way. The expression on his face was pretty stupid looking and he was being just plain rude now, so he deserved it. That was a little unfair but oh well. She watched as his smile disappeared and she frowned. She hadn’t meant to make him upset. She looked at him anxiously and tried to catch his eye, hoping to life his mood. "Well...I... I didn't necessarily mean to, Kir. Hey ...it was either I let you live, or we'd end up having rough sex in a shower then I'd...suffocate you and bury your body somewhere in the forest.”Kirsten frowned too. At least she knew what his plans might be if he ever killed her. She sighed. Her last moments would’ve been enjoyable at least. She wasn’t really upset about the whole thing. As she had said before, she didn’t care whether she died or not. She didn’t have anyone to live for… That is, unless she lived for Sky. She wasn’t totally sure about that but it was a very nice prospect. Her face went into automatic blank mode as soon as she heard his next question. "What would you have done?" She didn’t know how to answer. She knew what the answer was but she was unsure of how to explain it to Sky. He might be upset but she didn’t want to lie to him. She studied his face and tilted her head to the side, still making sure her face was more or less expressionless. Sky wouldn’t be very happy to hear her answer but he deserved the truth, especially if it would happen in the future. She smiled lightly to reassure him before she frowned and moved into her answer. “Don’t be upset,” she warned. “I would have been confused and maybe a little sad, but I would have let you.” She put a finger up to make sure he didn’t say anything. “I’m not and I’m not suicidal. I just don’t think I have much to live for here. It doesn’t matter to me whether I die or not. So, I would have let you get it over with.” She looked at him with a serious look on her face, no sadness or happiness. She was strangely unbiased on this topic. She was never afraid of death, just pain. Pain was the one thing that she would shy away from. It was something she had touched on and didn’t want. And not any kind of pain was frightening. It was emotional pain that scared her the most. People could break her heart with just the smallest push. She was so fragile that it was like holding a baby and freaking out about whether you’ll drop them or not. Death was a whole different matter. You would think they would be related but to Kirsten, they were two separate things. "Sure...I guess so."Kirsten smiled. He didn’t seem very enthusiastic about his answer. She giggled as he grinned. “There you go again, always smiling.” Her smile grew wider. This was the guy she loved. The smiley, screwy, blonde, blue eyed, weird, funny, Sky. She liked him a lot for a girl who couldn’t trust people. He was looking at her so intensely and she wondered what the hell he was seeing. She stared back, almost entranced by him. His gaze was the hardest thing to ignore. He was like a magnet, always pulling her back to look at him only. She loved it about him. She was totally surprised when he suddenly leaned down and kissed her. It was long and sweet and she wanted it to last forever. When they broke apart, she was breathing unevenly and her eyes didn’t leave his face. "I''ll make it all the while, Kirsten."She blushed at the remark and looked down at her hands in her lap. She could still feel his hand on her leg. Why did she get so embarrassed when he did things like that? She smiled, trying to calm her racing heart. Her friends had told her that they were in love and said what it felt like, but she had never been able to imagine it. Now, that she knew, she wondered why she had been so blind before. She felt unbelievable warmth and happiness, but it scared her in a way. What if it ended badly? She had told Sky she trusted him so she couldn’t think that way. If she really did trust him then she wouldn’t doubt him. If she really loved him she would trust him. She looked up and watched him sit back down, half smiling. "And if I do say so myself, I like your answer." She smirked and shook her head. “I bet you do,” she teased. He was cute with the grin on his face. Sky was her boyfriend. It seemed surreal that she had a boyfriend at all. She grinned. She had met him at a mental hospital. Wow. She watched curiously as he grabbed a piece of paper out of the binder he had brought with him and scribbled something on it. He flipped it over and passed it over to her. Her mouth formed a perfect “o” when she saw the beautiful sketch of a rose on it. She looked up at him in amazement. Had he drawn that? She smiled happily and flipped it over. He had written his phone number and four words that made her light up like a Christmas tree. She put the paper down on the table and stood from her seat so that she could hug him. “Thank you,” she said. After a moment she pulled away but only just enough so she could look in his eyes and she still kept her arms around him. “And…” The words she wanted to say were itching to come out from behind her lips but she was almost frightened to say them. It was like committing to everything or making a promise you weren’t allowed to break. In the end, she let them out and it was like a relief when she did. “I love you too, Sky.” • • • •NOTES ?!: I LOVE THIS POOOST! SKYLAR...“Maybe you don’t, but I recall calling you one. Wait, I haven’t, have I? Well, now I have.” None of what she said really made any sense to him. Grinning he still smirked. “Kirsten what the fuck are you talking about, love? I mean…really.” He titled his head to the side, still having the smiley grin. Shaking the expression off he sighed, and didn’t wait for a reply as she got into the whole shower room incident. Listening, he had a well played out poker face on, but really when her words ringed through out his ears e had this need to flip the table over and just scream at her for being so god damned stupid. He didn’t want to kill her, but she seemed so fine with the fact that some day, and he’d dread that day on coming if it ever would, that he just might snap. As Skylar sat there almost every muscle in his body tensed. “Don’t be upset,” Please, don’t be upset, those words were like a slap in the face. How could he not be? How could he not be upset for the fact his girlfriend would be okay with having him kill her! It was insane, really. And for a moment Skylar started thinking Kirsten really was insane. Letting someone take advantage of you then murdering you and being totally okay with had to be insane. Correct? Then again what did he really know? He was told all his life what he thought was right….was really wrong. “I would have been confused and maybe a little sad, but I would have let you.” Skylar looked down, sighing, body still tight. “Why…? Why are you so…nevermind. I’m not going to bother, but Kirsten why would you let me do that to you?” He demanded referring to the murdering part, and leaving out the sex scenario. “And did you ever think for one damn moment that it matters to me,” He pointed a finger, hard, to his chest. “If you live or not? Hmm? Did you ever care to think about that?” Again he didn’t let her answer, but continued with his argument. “You have so much to live for, Kirsten. You can get out of here….go wherever the hell you want. Do what you wanna do. You’ll get older and probably be amazing, you know? You’ll find someone better then me…start a family or something.” He said this with such seriousness it was like those horrible sad moments in comedy films. “So much to live for, and you’d just throw it all away…for me?” His eyes became wide as if to say ‘Don’t do something stupid like that for me. Its not worth it.’
“There you go again, always smiling.”
“Yeah, always smiling.” He said again without much enthusiasm. Grinning he watched her expression as she saw his artwork. “That was really nothing, I mean it took a while longer than-“ She cut him off as he felt her arms wrapped around him pulling him into a hug as he sat there. Hugging her back tightly he refused to let go as pulled away a little. “Thank you,” Skylar smiled, shaking his head as if she had done something wrong. “Kirsten, you don’t need to say thank you. Ever.” Hugging her tighter, now, he forced her to come closer to him. Pulling her into his lap he basically forced her into a straddle position. Smirking he ignored her “I love you too, Sky.” and instead pressed his lips fiercely against her’s, not allowing her to break away from him. Skylar didn’t really give a shit about all the people watching the way they were sitting. It didn’t exactly occur to him they were still in the cafeteria. He was to busy being distracted by Kirsten.

HEY THERE [SKY!] what's it like in new york city ?!• • • •Kirsten sighed and shook her head. “I don’t really know anymore, Sky,” she said, tired of most things. She wasn’t sure what she was babbling about anymore and she didn’t know if it was because she had gotten less and less sleep lately or maybe because Sky had that sort of affect on her. Either way, she was a mess and it was usually around Sky that she became worse. She smiled at how Sky had left such a big imprint on her life. She never thought that someone could do that to her. He was so different and even though he had tried to kill her, she was fine with it. Well, she would have been fine if anyone had tried to kill her. The point was that she had never ever felt this way about someone before and it was an amazing feeling that she wished she had had before. She knew he was impossible sometimes, tricky to deal with, hard to argue with, and lost his cool at times as well but she liked it all anyways. He made her smile genuinely for the first time in a couple of months, since the hospital. She didn’t think she could ever hate the kid, at least inside from the bottom of her heart she couldn’t. She might be able to fake it, but otherwise it was nothing short of impossible. His expression when she told him was unreadable and he knew a million things were probably going through his head right at that very moment, but there wasn’t much she could say. She had told the truth; there was no way she would lie to him. It was the very worst thing to do in her opinion. A lie was what had hurt her the most in her life and she would never do that to anyone else. It wasn’t right. No, she had told the truth and always would whether they liked it or not. She tilted her head to the side, waiting for his reaction to her explanation, knowing they were probably ones that bothered him the most. She felt guilty almost to feel that way but it was the truth. He wanted the truth. She was sorry if it upset him but that was the way it was. She was a little frightened of his reaction, almost expecting him to start yelling at her. Then, they would fight again which she didn’t really want right now – or ever for that matter. She was happier when they weren’t fighting and joked around and were cheerful and most of all when they were in a mood. She felt like blushing at the embarrassing thought but the tension in her wouldn’t allow it. Before her thoughts could go any further, he spoke. “Why…? Why are you so…nevermind. I’m not going to bother, but Kirsten why would you let me do that to you? And did you ever think for one damn moment that it matters to me, if you live or not? Hmm? Did you ever care to think about that? You have so much to live for, Kirsten. You can get out of here….go wherever the hell you want. Do what you wanna do. You’ll get older and probably be amazing, you know? You’ll find someone better then me…start a family or something. So much to live for, and you’d just throw it all away…for me?”Kirsten patiently waited for him to finish his little tirade with a serious expression. She knew that her words had made him angry and she had been right about how he would react but she knew that she had to be calm or he would never listen to her. She frowned to herself before beginning to answer him. “Why am I so what Sky? Psychotic, insane, stupid, moronic, idiotic, suicidal, depressive, strange, weird, odd? Take your pick. There are people here more messed up than I am or ever will be. I don’t think that I’m the only one who feels the way I do and those people probably aren’t in mental hospitals and might actually be respected for their views. And yes I have taken a damn moment to think about whether it matters to you or not and I know that you can live without me. It probably matters now but if I die… well, people change and people forget. You could do that, but I couldn’t. No, I don’t have much to live for Sky. I never really did. I live for you right now, because before you came into my life I had nothing to live for, but if you killed me then that wouldn’t matter because you’d be the one who killed me. I would consider fighting back if it was Perry who was killing me on the other hand,” she added as an afterthought. Then, she turned her expression into skepticism. She raised an eyebrow as she looked at him now. “I don’t think I have that much potential, Sky. I will get out of here and maybe I will see the world, but I don’t know how far that will go. I’m just a kid with no ID now or a passport. I’m surprised you have such high expectations for me. I don’t think I can ever find anyone better than you now or ever,” she commented softly, laying a hand on his face gently, her eyes turned endearing and yet still striking. “Yes, I would throw it all away, idiot. You don’t understand it.” She sighed and shook her head again, this time adding a shrug for emphasis. She smiled at him. “You just don’t get it. I don’t think you ever will. It’s probably a girl thing.” Kirsten was about ready to get off this topic. She was happy when he returned her embrace and told her that she didn’t need to thank him. That was so wrong it was probably illegal to say but she didn’t object (sp?) to it. She couldn’t because suddenly, his lips were on hers and he was kissing her with a passion that took her breath away. She kissed him back, letting herself get carried away, obliged to sit in his lap and she didn’t mind one little bit. One of her hands went up and tangled itself into his soft blond hair and the other hand wrapped around his neck. She was oblivious to the people around them, stuck in her own little world. Her breathing was getting ragged but she just made herself breath through her nose, unwilling to break away from him. • • • •NOTES ?!: Hmm... I got a little carried away there... SKYLAR...Skylar raised a brow. “Ah, so I’ve noticed, love.” He replied dully, but there was another meaning behind his words. The whole killing discussion was making him aggravated and uneasy to the highest level. Closing his eyes for a moment, he sighed. He wondered how many normal girlfriends and boyfriends really had talks on whether or not they’d be okay with one killing the other. Yet, Skylar already knew the answer to the dead question in his mind. It happened to be close enough to none. No normal person would be fine with it or even bringing up the subject. Problem was they were in a mental hospital so normal was far from this place by a long shot.
I live for you right now, because before you came into my life I had nothing to live for, but if you killed me then that wouldn’t matter because you’d be the one who killed me. I would consider fighting back if it was Perry who was killing me on the other hand,”
Her words snapped him back to the present. Eyelids fluttering open, his brow furrowed, and his hands balled into fists as he heard her side of their minor argument. His whole body tense and for a moment it seemed like he stopped breathing. “I was actually thinking along the lines of,” He paused, then broke out into a shout, refraining himself from jumping out of his seat. “Stubborn, frustrating, and childish!” “But, frankly psychotic, stupid, and moronic just might be a better choice of words! Kirsten, I don’t give a damn about those other people, okay? I care about you, but right now I don’t respect your view at-“He broke off as he heard the words ‘and I know that you can live without me’. Sadly enough those were true. He could live without her, deep down it was a terrible truth. He didn’t need anyone technically. It just so happened all his life he followed someone else’s rules on the way he was supposed to live and think about things, and how to control himself. It was like a shield, a shield on teaching himself how to be normal, but there was always that tiny part that just rebelled and would soon brake through. Before she could notice he began speaking again. “Kirsten…I wouldn’t forget. And I don’t see why you couldn’t. You separate yourself from everyone else all the time and I just don’t get it. I thought you were a hardcore kinda girl, taking on dares and such. Just think of forgetting me as a dare, or better yet a challenge of some sort.” He knew at that moment he’d gone too far with that, but she needed to hear it. “I’m just trying to protect you, Kirsten. And, Perry,” He paused, throwing his hands up and grinding his teeth. "Kirsten, there is really no difference from me and Perry! But with you it’s a lost cause, because there’s no changing your mind on that one.”
“I don’t think I have that much potential, Sky. I will get out of here and maybe I will see the world, but I don’t know how far that will go. I’m just a kid with no ID now or a passport. I’m surprised you have such high expectations for me. I don’t think I can ever find anyone better than you now or ever,”
Skylar sighed as he thought about what she. Parts of it were true. “Kirsten you’ll find someone better. In fact, you could find someone better right now.” His brows rose as he hinted on something. “A girl thing?” he repeated the question more to himself than her. “Fine then,” Skylar shrugged in defeat
Smiling in between kisses, now, he removed his hand from her back around to her hip snaking it under her shirt and resting his palm on the side of her stomach. Her hand running through his hair felt nice, he wondered just by his actions if she’d protest to it. But, considering she hadn’t yet, Skylar continued, making a trail with his lips from her mouth to her collar bone.

HEY THERE [SKY!] what's it like in new york city ?!• • • •Kirsten shrugged off the first comment, not really caring about the stupid comment she had made. It had made no sense and was irrelevant. It was dumb to dwell on it, so she moved on. She didn’t know why she was fighting with him in the first place and thought that she would get a headache sometime soon. She already couldn’t sleep. All she needed was a migraine to keep her up at night as well. She fought back a sigh, a small frown marring her pretty face. She was slowly giving up on the conversation and she wished he would just stop talking as she shifted her weight on his lap. “I think I said before that I was done with this conversation,” she remarked with a raised eyebrow. Before she could stop him, though, he was on again. “I was actually thinking along the lines of, Stubborn, frustrating, and childish!” “But, frankly psychotic, stupid, and moronic just might be a better choice of words! Kirsten, I don’t give a damn about those other people, okay? I care about you, but right now I don’t respect your view at- Kirsten…I wouldn’t forget. And I don’t see why you couldn’t. You separate yourself from everyone else all the time and I just don’t get it. I thought you were a hardcore kinda girl, taking on dares and such. Just think of forgetting me as a dare, or better yet a challenge of some sort.” For the most part, she didn’t dare respond. If she did, the conversation would just continue and get more complicated and in the end, there would be two mad teenagers in a cafeteria shouting at each other. It wasn’t a pretty picture. She wanted it to be over already. She nodded slightly as he named a couple more things that she was. If he thought those were better, whatever made him happy, right? He would forget. She could never forget. She wasn’t hardcore, she was soft. He had assumed wrong. He was seeing her cover and not underneath her mask. He called it a dare but it was the one dare she would fail at. She sighed, unable to repress it this time and shook her head wordlessly. She wasn’t going to comment on how wrong he was. “I’m just trying to protect you, Kirsten. And, Perry,” He paused, throwing his hands up and grinding his teeth. "Kirsten, there is really no difference from me and Perry! But with you it’s a lost cause, because there’s no changing your mind on that one.” Again, she said nothing, unwilling to relight the fire that would surely burn her if she did. This talk was getting old and she was already over it. He couldn’t protect her. She had already chosen her fate and it seemed like the best choice she had ever made in her life to her. As for his similarity with Perry, there was none. He couldn’t be more different than Perry. Perry killed because he liked to but – no matter what Sky said – she just didn’t believe he wanted to or even got joy from killing or injuring someone. It just wasn’t Sky at all. He was right about the last one. He couldn’t change her mind so he should just shut the hell up. “Kirsten you’ll find someone better. In fact, you could find someone better right now.” This one, she felt she had no choice to speak up to. “No. You’re wrong Sky,” she said, shaking her head condescendingly. “This thing with us… It went fast but it only shows me how much I needed you. I don’t think anyone else could do what you did for me. No one else seems as important.” Again, she was silent and hoped he would stay the same. His kisses were as sweet as ever now and she couldn’t get enough. When his hand slipped under her shirt, she froze for half a second before relaxing again. Apart of her was wondering what she was doing at the moment but the other half knew what she was doing was right. It was going fast and it certainly wasn’t normal for a regular couple, but they weren’t regular or normal so they didn’t count. Slowly, his lips slipped down from her lips and started making their way to her neck. She didn’t protest but these movements made her realize where they were. Not doing so immediately, but subtly so as not to make him think she wanted to stop, she stood. As she did, one hand covered his on her stomach and brought it out lightly. She kept the hand and pulled him up with it. She disentangled from his arms, gave him a small but long kiss on the lips, and grabbed her paper and his binder in one arm. Then, she was pulling him towards the cafeteria doors heading out into the hall. She really didn’t know where she was going yet. She knew that they had to find somewhere as private as possible. She ignored the looks she got from the other inmates in the room, instead focusing on figuring out where they were going to go. She thought about it for a minute and she thought she had a good idea. With a sharp turn, they were heading down a hall with a bunch of signs on them, each with a different name. This was the counselor cells. Although the counselors didn’t really use them, they were still there – locked, but still there. This was where Kirsten’s lock picking skills came into place. She paused in front of a door where there was no light and no noise and took out a bobby pin from her pocket. Of course she knew how to pick a lock. If she didn’t most of the dares she had done in the past would have been impossible. Within a minute, they heard a lock pick and a simple twist of the handle revealed that the door was unlocked. She slipped inside, ushered Sky in after her, closed and locked the door, and then swung around to take a look at the place. The room had a bed in one corner with a little nightstand right by it. There was a lamp on the table and you could see a closet in the wall on the other side. In another corner was a table with two chairs and a mini fridge stood near that with a plugged in microwave on top of it. There was a bookshelf near the closet and a simple chandelier hanging from above. In the one empty corner of the room stood a desk without anything on it as well as no chair. It was all very plain but it wasn’t fancy that they needed – just private. Kirsten didn’t say anything about the room. She walked in as if she owned the place and swiftly hopped up to sit on the desk. Then, she looked at Sky questioningly, head tilted to the side. Her expression was blank but this time it wasn’t a mask. She just didn’t know what to show on her face since she really didn’t know what she was feeling. There was an internal argument within her as if she were two people instead of one. What are you doing? What I want. Her heart seemed to beat a little too loud for her liking and her palms seemed sweaty. She was nervous, but for what? She didn’t know what was going to happen yet. All she knew was that she had silently given him permission and she was waiting on him. But that didn’t mean he would take the hint. Or maybe he would? What did she want him to do? She was unsure. No words could express her feelings at that moment. • • • •NOTES ?!: i got so carried away! geez. my muse was going crazy. though its a pervy post soo... lol. WORDS ?!: 1312 TAGGED ?!: SKY! SKYLAR...“No. You’re wrong Sky. This thing with us… It went fast but it only shows me how much I needed you. I don’t think anyone else could do what you did for me. No one else seems as important.”
Removing his lips from her neck, he snapped his head back up. He just stared at her, processing the words in his head not knowing what to say. In this case her wish on wanting him to be silent came true. Sky wasn’t exactly sure what he had done for her, but he figured it’d be unwise to ask. Grinning as she stood up he assumed he had done something wrong until she pulled on his hand forcing him up out of his chair. Without having the time to kiss her back, Skylar found himself being tugged out of the cafeteria like a dog on a leash. Bumping into a few people in the hall, no thanks to his height, Skylar received a couple of death glares, all of which he smiled apologetically to. As they turned down a deserted hallway, one which had a wide diversity of sides he finally spoke up. “Erm, Kir…” Skylar began, reading the names of the counselors. He looked down at her in confusion now. “Are you sure you know where you’re going?” Eager for an answer, he never received it. Halting at the door just beside her, he glanced down both ends of the hall. Still no other being was present. He watched as she skillfully unlocked the door, one brow up merely impressed. As she opened the door he shuffled in after her, grinning at the scenery. He’d never been in the counselor’s cells before, and they seemed much different from his own.
Focusing his attention back onto Kirsten, his eyes followed her as she wandered over to the desk. They were alone, now. A tugging at his chest made him feel uneasy as he thought about this. Being in the cafeteria he considered was much safer. At least there he wouldn’t really be able to act out in public if his urges started up. He was fine, though, but that’s all he needed was to let down his guard and sooner or later they’d start up. Those horrid, twisted, demented thoughts leaking into his mind; it was like a craving of some sort. Skylar would control himself though, like his father had taught him to. Expect right now Skyl swore he felt a sense of déjà vu creeping up on him. Biting his lip, he never wavered, his gaze off of her as she titled her head and looked right back at him. Blocking out all thoughts of his urges, he forced his lips to form a small smile as he made his way over to where she had perched herself on the desk.
Standing in front of her grinning, he placed one hand on the side of her thigh and the other regaining its original position under her shirt, resting on her stomach. “This is different.” He muttered referring to the room. Then, returned the light kiss he never had the chance to at the time in which they left the cafeteria. occ: my muse is ever low xP
