Do you like going to parties, getting drunk, having a good time, then you are in the right place. Partion has at least a party a night you will never be short of things to do, there will be something for you to do. Most of the residents are nocturnal, sleeping during the day and partying at night.
Giving it that none of the residents are about for the day, surely there would be no need for shops and parks, but don't underestimate the power of after hours. The park is one of the best places to hold a party, it's free and easy to get a party at the park, hire a local DJ and you have the perfect party.
