Katsuo's at MS because he got caught spray-painting a law building and then attacked a police officer who was pursuing him afterward. He doesn't think he belongs here because it was all accidental. He's got ADHD, so he has a lot of energy. He emigrated to Michigan from Japan not too long ago, but he still speaks English really well. He's the kind of person who just likes to have fun and tends to get in trouble because of it.
Friends
Katsuo thinks he's just in Michigan State until he can convince all the head people here that he hasn't done anything seriously wrong. But while he's here, he's definitely up for making friends. Katsuo's pretty energetic and pretty talkative, so it's not too hard for him to make friends in the first place. He likes to fool around and have fun, so if he sees someone doing something he likes, it's not out of place for him to just march up to them and talk.
Enemies
Katsuo definitely isn't out to make enemies, but it would awesome to have some angry Katsuo threads. Right now, a lot of my posts are more cheerful than anything else. Katsuo probably wouldn't have a lot of enemies, but a few would be good. He feels a little out of place in Michigan State because he doesn't feel like what he did is sufficient reason for him to be here. So if he was to be enemies with anyone, it would probably be people he is scared of or thinks is really insane. Hmmm, like a murderer or something. But I'm game for anything, let me know.
Lovers
Self-explanatory. Katsuo's talkative and all, but one thing he is not good with is admitting to someone that he likes them. Because of comments about his looks, Katsuo isn't really sure what sex he likes, even though he tells people he likes girls. That being said, he's kind of shy when it comes to relationships, but if anyone wants to make things interesting, I'm game.
Anything Else
If you want to be anything else to Katsuo, just post your idea and I'm sure it'll be fine. I really don't mind being creative.
Katsuo's pretty gullible, because there are still some American customs he doesn't understand. Let's make this fun!
They can definitely at least be friends. I think we're the only two Asians/part Asians in Michigan State, so why not? :-P I wrote to Aubrey Jenkins about Katsuo having a crush on her, but not sure if she's agreed with it or not. In the meantime, if you'd like, we could roleplay it with Katsuo being completely oblivious to Jodie's feelings for him, at least until I find out whether Aubrey wants to roleplay that plot or not. What do you think? I'm up for anything.
